1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by My UpSkills Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or enroll in our courses.

2. Course Enrollment & Conduct

When you enroll in a course at My UpSkills Academy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your student portal credentials.
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect during live sessions.
• Not share or pirate the proprietary course materials provided to you.

3. Payment & Refunds

Course fees must be paid in full or via an approved installment plan before the course commencement. We offer a 2-day satisfaction guarantee for most courses. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the first 48 hours of the course start date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in our courses, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of My UpSkills Academy and is protected by international copyright laws. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

My UpSkills Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services or any content therein.
